Unable to continue playing Far Cry 6 after leaving a co-op session Fix. Far Cry 4 didn't let you do story missions in co-op, only outposts and side missions. If the host hadn't reached the second island yet in the story, there was no way to get there via co-op. Far Cry 5 will supposedly let you do story missions in co-op, but the progress will be saved to the host's game.
