These are my Settings for solid 55-60 fps (90% 60 fps sometimes dropping to 50 or 55). Im using an i5 @4.2 ghz and an 660ti oc. -Open nVidia Control Panel. I used to be able to play Dark Souls 3 without issue on controller (currently PS5), however one day it stopped working. The game will only register keyboard/mouse inputs, but still displays a controller layout for Xbox whether controller is plugged in or not. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and the issue persists
You can find Souls Unsqueezed here (click on the SUS.7z link). All you do is extract it to your Dark Souls III/game folder, run DS3T.exe, click on the "Framerate" tab, and change "Pre-Rendered Frame Limit" from 3 to 1.
