When GTA:SA starts, those titles shows. Intro can be skipped with the mouse. That I can bypass the Main Menu Screen with the mouse. When I launch my save or start a new game (like "Design your own Missions" what I just put in), Mouse Controls aren't working anymore. Sometimes when I don't hit Left Mouse Click on Intro Scene start perfectly, on Main Menu is the same b*llsh*t going like on game

Installation: Simple, put "dinput8.dll", "individual.cfg" and "folder.cfg" in your EFLC or GTAIV directory (which contains either EFLC.exe or GTAIV.exe), the "folder.cfg" works by setting folder names you wish to load, i.e. by default "plugins\" is specified, but you can load any folder by replacing "plugins\" or adding another line, like
currently i only use cleo 4, framelimiter fix, mouse fix (DINPUT8.DLL that's obvious), widescreen fix, weapon and vehicle selector, and this gta v hud and no, i don't think it's because the keyboard settings. I got the old mousefix.asi working, my asi loader was just not working. And second, the point was that it didn't work, not that it was ACTUALLY running. It wasn't running, I made sure, It's that it said that when it wasn't and that was my problem. I couldn't even open it.
